Who we are
From November 2004, Kobus (JJ) Prinsloo began rendering psycho-legal services to Savage, Jooste and Adams in Pretoria in respect of personal injury claims. In 2005, Prinsloo & Associates was established as a private practice to manage the growing volume of assessments, expanding to include three divisions—Industrial, Clinical, and Educational Psychology—and a team of three Industrial Psychologists and two Educational Psychologists serving legal practices and State Attorney Offices throughout South Africa. In 2007, the practice extended its services to medical negligence and civil claims, with assessments conducted on behalf of both claimants and defendants. Since then, the practice has completed approximately twelve thousand (12,000) medico-legal assessments and has provided evidence in approximately one hundred and eighty (180) cases, including involvement in some of the largest personal injury matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as international visitors and former South African citizens.
